At Ole & Steen, we bring the Danish spirit of hygge—comfort, coziness, and joy—into everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced, passionate General Manager to lead one of our NYC bakeries and inspire our amazing team.

About the Role

As General Manager, you’ll drive a positive, high-performance culture while delivering an outstanding guest experience. You’ll lead from the floor, train and develop your team, and make sure every detail—product, service, and store vibe—is just right.

Requirements

3+ years of management experience
NYC Food Protection Certificate
Able to work flexible hours (early mornings, weekends, holidays)
Barista skills are a plus
